Print from Mobile Devices or Laptops with WebPrint

  1. Open a Web Browser and go to: https://webprint.wwu.edu/login (NOTE: Webprint is available only when on campus. If on the Wi-Fi, you must be connected to WWUwireless-Secure, as the Guest networks do not have access to the printing environment)

  2. Log in using your universal username and password (Prints will be charged to your WWU Print Balance)

  3. On the Submit File for Printing page, click Choose File.

  4. Navigate to the file location, select the file to print, and click Open.

  5. Select the desired printer from the dropdown list.

  6. Once the printer is selected, you can Set Options

    1. All prints are double-sided.
    2. The default color mode for ALL printers is Grayscale.

    3. If using a color printer, you must change the Color printing mode to: Color.

      Notes:

    • Printing to a black and white printer costs 10¢/page of the document, not per sheet of paper used.
    • Printing to a color printer costs 50¢/page of the document.
    • If you select "Grayscale" on a color printer, the cost is 5¢/page of the document.
       
  7. You can click Preview to verify your print selections.
  8. Click Print to print to the selected Device.
  9. When you are ready to print, click PRINT.
