Purpose
Our purpose is to provide a professional studio environment where students use their creativity to imagine, create and produce digital media stories while developing both technical and social skills in media production.
The Digital Media Center (DMC) is Designed to serve the campus with a facility for new media instruction and production, the Center includes a TV studio with a green screen and cyclorama wall, green screen wall and floor cameras, control room, a lighting grid , remote production via Live to Cloud software, Live video transport to national Television network and a Virtual Reality HTC Vive machine.
Faculty and students are able to reserve the TV studio when not already scheduled for classroom instruction. At this time the DMC is only open by appointment, anyone can schedule time on our website by just clicking on the “Reserve Studio” button.
