Our purpose is to coordinate the review, purchase, licensing, distribution, compliance and support of software for Western departments in a professional and timely manner using effective methodologies.
Software Services provides:
- Software at negotiated prices.
- Support during contract renewals and new license agreements.
- Customer support when you have questions about requesting and purchasing software for your department.
- Installation support for your software purchase.

Spring Quarter Hours
Mon - Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
Closed evenings and weekends.
Our office in Haggard Hall 124 is currently closed, but you can request help by telephone or email.
Software Services is closed on holidays and when the university is closed due to inclement weather.
