SQL Databases Unavailable Today from 9 to 11:30 AM

3/27/2018: To migrate the university’s SQL databases to a new server, SQL databases will be unavailable on Tuesday, March 27, from 9:00-11:30 a.m. Do not access or modify SQL databases during the migration. Any changes made after the migration starts will not be migrated. Banner is not affected by this maintenance, but some specialized departmental databases rely on Microsoft SQL. If you are unsure about a database you connect to with a tool like Microsoft Access, or a specialized application client, please check with your department's tech support or the Help Desk at 360-650-3333. The Help Desk or your department's tech support will also be able to help you reconnect to the database after migration, if there is anything specific that you need to do.
