SPSS AMOS

IBM SPSS Amos provides structural equation modeling (SEM) to compare, confirm and refine models. It uses Bayesian analysis to improve estimates of model parameters. Users can choose either the graphical user interface or non-graphical, programmatic interface. It is available for the Windows platform only.

AMOS is available as part of Western's SPSS Premium Campus Edition Campus Value contract and can be used for teaching and non-commercial research. It can be installed on university-owned computers for use by faculty and on workstations owned by faculty or students. 

The software is $40 per license per year renewable every June. It can also be purchased by an academic College when renewing SPSS licensing.
