PBX to Skype Phone Issue

Phone calls originating from PBX to Skype are experiencing difficulty today.  Calls from same technology, PBX to PBX or Skype to Skype go through without incident.  Telecomm has contacted the vendor and are working to restore this service.  We do not have an estimate for the return to service.
