Outlook Email Visibility Issue

5/11/2021, 3:00 PM: Microsoft is troubleshooting a global issue that prevents some from being able to read their email in the Outlook desktop client. If your messages appear to be blank in Outlook, you can open the Outlook web app by clicking the Email link on myWestern. The direct address is https://outlook.office365.com. This issue does not affect the Outlook mobile app.
