3/16/2021, 2:25 AM: Microsoft has marked this issue as fully resolved. 

3/15/2021, 4:05 PM: Microsoft has identified the underlying cause of the problem and deployed an update to resolve the issue. Some issues reported earlier are now resolved, but it may take more time for all services to be fully restored.

3/15/2021, 2:20 PM: Microsoft is rolling out mitigation worldwide and anticipates significant resolution by 3:15 p.m.

3/15/2021, 2:00 PM: Teams voice calls appear to be routing, but the recipient may not be able to access Teams in order to receive the call. Earlier we did receive one report of a campus phone number that appeared to be out of service. That number is now working.

3/15/2021, 1:10 PM: Microsoft is investigating a problem that may prevent many of their customers from accessing some Microsoft 365 services.
