New document or file does not appear in Delve

ISSUE:

You just created a new document, spreadsheet, presentation, etc. in Office 365. You go to Delve so you can add it to a Delve board, but you don't see it there. Even when you click on ME it does not appear. 

RESOLUTION:

It can take up to 24 hours before a new file appears in Delve.
