Clear your email password from your browser cache

You are trying to sign-in to your WWU email as username@wwu.edu but it keeps automatically loading another Microsoft mailbox (like your username@students.wwu.edu mailbox).

or

You sign-out of your WWU email in a Web browser, but it immediately reloads your inbox.

Clear the saved password from your browser settings

Browser Steps
Clear all saved passwords from Chrome, Internet Explorer or Edge on a Windows computer
  1. Open your Web browser
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
  3. Make sure there is a checkmark next to Passwords
  4. Click Delete or Clear Browser History
Chrome for Windows or MacOS - Clear only your WWU email password
  1. Copy and paste chrome://settings/passwords into your address bar
  2. Find and delete the entry for login.microsoftonline.com
  3. Delete the entry for websso.wwu.edu as well if you see it in your list
  4. Click Done
Internet Explorer or Edge for Windows - Clear only your email password
  1. Click the Windows Start button and type Credential Manager
  2. Click on the drop down arrow next to login.microsoftonline.com and click Remove
  3. Remove the entry for websso.wwu.edu as well if you see it in your list
Safari for MacOS - Clear only your email password
  1. Open Safari and go to Preferences
  2. Click on Passwords
  3. Delete any passwords you find for websso.wwu.edu and login.microsoftonline.com
