Jira Service Desk Pilot

This page is currently for testing purposes only. ATUS is piloting Jira Service Desk and this page will serve as a landing page during the pilot.

I created this page to test embedding the Jira Service Desk widget.

Click the button in the lower right corner labeled "Get IT Help"

Type in a question. If we have a KB article or customer request that matches, it will display in the widget. Go ahead and submit a ticket to try it out! (Our Jira knowledge base is still a little incomplete, so try asking about a shared mailbox if you want to see article results).
