Lab Reservations

Beginning Fall Quarter 2025, instructors now make their course lab reservations directly in 25Live.

• 25Live Room Scheduling Information
• List of General University Labs
• Software available in General University Labs - Windows
• Software available in General University Labs - Mac
• Request additional software in labs -- please allow at least two weeks for software requests
• If you have questions, contact the WWU Help Desk

Best practice:
When scheduling a General University Lab, you can choose from a list of available labs via the following steps: 

1. Navigate to the Locations Search section in your event
2. Select the Your Starred Locations dropdown
3. Scroll to the Public Searches section
4. Select Computer Lab - General Use
