VPN service has been restored

1/16/18 9:05 AM: The VPN service was unavailable this morning, but the issue has been resolved. Prior to resolution any attempts to connect produced an error that said "The secure gateway has rejected the connection attempt..." This issue has been resolved, and VPN connections are now possible.
