Telephone Outage on South Campus - Service Restored

1/22/2018 1:15 PM: Centurylink has restored telephone service on South Campus.

1/22/2018 10:00 AM: Centurylink has diagnosed the issue and is awaiting the delivery of a replacement part. They expect to  have the part within 2 to 3 hours, and to have service restored later in the afternoon.

1/22/2018 9:15 AM: A power outage at the Communications Facility has caused a telephone outage for CF, AI, and AW buildings. This outage affects 328 "PBX" phones, which are the older style phones still in many offices around campus. Users of the newer Skype for Business Enterprise Voice telephones and soft-phones are not impacted. Centurylink is responding to the outage.
