Congratulations to Student Employee of the Year, Amilia Mulka! Many of you may have called the ATUS Help Desk to hear Millie’s ever cheerful voice asking how she might help.
Millie’s contributions to the HelpDesk have been many. She researched and set up a malware removal and training program for students, faculty and staff. She identified some key issues with daily operations and put together a team to create an onboarding and training program for new student employees. Millie is the kind of leader who inspires collaboration and exemplifies customer service. Millie has a gift for identifying and resolving technical issues while simultaneously putting people at ease, not just with the technology, but just by being heard and understood. The Help Desk is stronger today because of Millie’s contributions.
