Some Campus phones unable to make calls

11/4/4:30 pm: Microsoft has resolved the issue and service is restored. 

11/4/24 1:00pm: We've identified a large number of phones on campus that are currently unable to make calls. This is due to an issue with some of Microsoft's infrastructure and is affecting large parts of North America. Microsoft has identified the root cause and is working to resolve the issue.
