12/11/19, 3:00 PM, UPDATE: The problem that caused today's campus telephone issue has been resolved. If you continue to experience any incidents of calls that will not connect, please report them to telecom@wwu.edu.

12/11/19, 1:00 PM, UPDATE: Some campus phones are still experiencing intermittent telephony issues. We are working with our vendor to diagnose the root cause.

12/11/19, 10:00 AM, UPDATE: Telephony services have been restarted and should be functioning normally, but staff will continue to monitor both Skype for Business and PBX services throughout the day.

12/11/19, 9:20 AM, UPDATE: In order to resolve the issue we will be restarting equipment that will disable all telephone service from approximately 9:30 to 10:00 AM this morning.

12/11/19, 8:30 AM: Some campus phones are not able to dial out this morning. Staff are working to diagnose and resolve the issue. Both newer Skype for Business (VOIP) phones and older PBX phones may be impacted.
