Scheduled Email Report Notifications May Not Send March 3rd after 10:00 PM

3/4/2021, 12:00 AM, COMPLETE: The patches have been installed. Report notifications and other application messages are now able to send through smtp.wwu.edu. 

3/3/2021 10:00 PM to Midnight: In order to apply a second and final round of critical patches, the server that relays outgoing email messages sent by applications like Banner, Esign web forms, and Bullseye will be unavailable starting tonight, March 3rd, at 10:00 PM. It should be available again by Midnight. Other services that run on university-hosted servers and send messages through smtp.wwu.edu will also be affected. Personal WWU email accounts will not be impacted by this maintenance. Please direct questions to helpdesk@wwu.edu
