Scheduled Email Report Notifications May Not Send March 2nd after 10:00 PM

3/3/2021 6:45 AM, COMPLETE: The patches were successfully installed and testing has confirmed that smtp.wwu.edu can successfully send outgoing email again. 

3/2/2021 10:00 PM to 3/3/2021 at 2:00 AM: In order to apply critical patches, the server that relays outgoing email messages sent by applications like Banner, Esign web forms, and Bullseye will be unavailable starting tonight, March 2nd, at 10:00 PM. It should be available again by 2:00 AM on the morning of the 3rd. Other services that run on university-hosted servers and send messages through smtp.wwu.edu will also be affected. Personal WWU email accounts will not be impacted by this maintenance. Please direct questions to helpdesk@wwu.edu
