RESOLVED: Microsoft Service Impacts Including Outlook and SharePoint

Microsoft has implemented a fix and has confirmed the service degradation is no longer an issue.

7/10/25 10:45am:

Microsoft continues to implement fixes and anticipates the service impacts should be lessened shortly. Updates will be provided once Microsoft determines the issues to be resolved.

Microsoft has reported that they are aware of and are currently working to resolve some issues with their cloud hosted services. These nationwide issues are not exclusive to Western. At the moment you may have intermittent trouble accessing your email or connecting to SharePoint sites and resources with a 404 error. Until this is resolved you may also see the 404 errors in Teams, as it leverages SharePoint services for file sharing.
