RESOLVED: Main ITS Help Desk phone number unavailable temporarily, use x4444 instead

7/27/26 8:15 a.m.: We continue to work with the vendor to identify the cause of the issue. You may still contact us by calling 360-650-4444, via email at helpdesk@wwu.edu, using our ticketing portal ,or by stopping by in person at HH123.

7/24/26 1:50 p.m.: You may currently reach us by phone at 360-650-4444 in the meantime. Our 360-650-3333 number remains under maintenance. 

Due to an unforeseen issue in a planned configuration change, calling the Help Desk phone number may result in a disconnected line message. We are currently working with the Vendor to resolve this. This is unique to the Help Desk phone number and unrelated to the outage earlier. All other phone lines at Western should be operating as expected.
