Service was restored fully at 10:30 p.m. last night by Microsoft.

Service accessibility continues to improve though you might still see some issues until Microsoft clears the problem entirely. We've seen evidence that delayed mail is starting to be received in our environment.

Microsoft is rebalancing affected traffic with a goal of mitigating the outage.

We've received some reports of M365 service issues. Microsoft is aware of the issues and is currently investigating the problem. Some symptoms you may see are problems with email deliverability or issues viewing "Other" items if using the focused inbox. Additionally, you may have issues using Self Service Password Reset. More updates will be provided as they become available.
