RESOLVED: Login Issues – Multiple Systems

6:15pm – Most services restored. Networking continues to work with Microsoft to address potential issues. Please report any issues to the Help Desk.

12:30pm – Logins are intermittently failing for multiple WWU services, including VPN and Remote Desktop, due to a server issue impacting multiple Microsoft customers worldwide. Western IT staff are working with Microsoft to resolve the issue.

10:00am – Cisco AnyConnect is giving some users two error messages: "AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again." and "The secured gateway has rejected the connection attempt. A new connection attempt to the same or another secure gateway is needed, which requires re-authentication. The following message was received from the secure gateway: No assigned address."
