RESOLVED: Campus networking may be slow

UPDATES
11/14/2024 9:08am: Campus internet performance was poor yesterday due to an upstream circuit issue on our main internet provider's network.  They have moved traffic to a different circuit, and everything is working normally now.

11/13/2024 3:30pm: There is an issue with one of our upstream providers causing this slowdown. One of their technicians will be onsite tomorrow. You may experience slowness on campus still. Residence Hall internet should not be impacted.

11/13/2024 9:00am: We've identified some situations where campus networking is slow this morning and are working to investigate the cause. Folk off campus but accessing Western resources using the VPN may also experience this slowness. Residence Hall internet appears to be unaffected.
