Problems Replying to Email Sent in Canvas from Outlook Web App

When using the Outlook Web App to reply to notification messages sent from Canvas, after a user clicks the Send button in OWA the message is not successfully sent (it is getting stuck in the Drafts folder). Replying via Outlook desktop client (Windows or Mac) works fine. Our Canvas administrators are working with Microsoft to resolve the problem.
