Power outages affecting WWU technology services

10/18/2017 at 5:00PM: Numerous storage areas were temporarily unavailable between 4:40 and 4:55 PM due to power outages caused by high winds, including user drives (U: drives), P: drive, many other drive letter volumes, some administrative and academic apps, and departmental websites hosted on www.wwu.edu. As of 5:00 PM most services are available, but the wind storm is still blowing.

Office 365 apps and storage, Canvas, and other cloud services are not affected (OneDrive, SharePoint, Office 365 Groups, etc.). For questions, please contact the Help Desk at 360.650.3333.
