Phishing Alert! Subject: Immediate Action Required or NOTIFICATION!!!

This week's phishing scams include two messages that prompt you to "validate" your email account by clicking a link. It may appear to come from the "WWU Tech help-desk" but was sent by a compromised Western email account. Another message with the subject "NOTIFICATION!!!" prompts you to click on a link to view messages from Human Resources. Several compromised accounts that were circulating these messages have been secured, but these messages were delivered to many mailboxes. The remote websites that they link to have been blocked from on campus connections.
