Phishing Alert! Messages appear to be from President and from Help Desk

ISSUE
11/20/2017:
Two phishing messages were delivered to many WWU mailboxes this weekend. One appeared to come from President Randhawa, and urges you to click on a suspicious link. The Subject is "Fw: Important Message from the President - Western Washington University Employee Communications (11/20/2017)" The other message has the subject "Important Update" and it urges you to "Click Here" to "validate" your Office 365 account.

ACTIONS REQUIRED
Delete these messages from your Inbox if you received them. The links to remote sites have been blocked from devices on Westerns wired and wireless networks. If you clicked the link before it was blocked, or you clicked it from off-campus, it is important that you change your password AND your secret questions/answers immediately... even if you do not remember entering your credentials on the remote site. We also recommend that you scan your computer for viruses.
