2/11/20, 2:40 PM: EIS needs to perform unanticipated maintenance on the PBX voicemail and auto-attendant services from 4:30 to 5:30 PM this afternoon. The auto-attendant service is what provides the phone-tree options you encounter when you call a main office number. Regular telephone calls will not be affected, and Skype for Business Enterprise Voice is not impacted.
