PBX to External and Skype Enterprise Voice dialing issue - Resolved

8/02/18 4:00 PM: Telecom staff are continuing to work on the dialing issues. We are receiving reports that PBX phone users are not able to 10-digit numbers (internal or external numbers).

08/02/18 2:30 PM: At this time PBX telephone users are not able to reach Skype for Business Enterprise Voice users by dialing the 4 digit extension. Telecom is investigating, but for now PBX users can dial the 10 digit number (360-650-xxxx) to reach Skype for Business Enterprise Voice users.
