Network drives unavailable on 3/23 from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM

3/23/2021, 9:00 PM to 3/24/2021 at 4:00 AM: In order to install critical server updates, the following resources will not be available on Tuesday, March 23rd, from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM the morning of the 24th:

  • MSFS-FACSTAFF - Fac/Staff U Drives
  • MSFS-SHARE - P Drive, Class Drive, Campus Safety
  • MSFS-STUDENT - Student U Drives
  • MSFS-UTIL - X, Y, W Utility Drives

ACTIONS REQUIRED:
Please close all files open from these network drives before 9:00 PM on the 23rd. You will be able access the drives again after 4:00 AM on the 24th. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
One or more of these network drives may appear offline at any time during the maintenance window. If a network drive is not accessible after 12:00 AM on 3/24, please restart your computer and sign-in again. 

Cloud-based file sharing locations such as OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams are not affected by this maintenance.
