2/22/2021, 2:30 PM: Millennium/FAST is still unavailable at this time. The database upgrade is taking longer than expected. If you try to connect at this time you will see an error that says the application cannot connect to the database.

2/22/2021, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM: To perform a database system upgrade, Millennium/FAST will be unavailable Monday, February 22nd, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
