Former Students

Universal Accounts are retained for a one quarter period after a student is unenrolled from classes. For example, if a student is registered for classes during Spring quarter but doesn't register for Summer or Fall quarter, his or her account will be removed during Fall quarter of that year.

Students who no longer have Universal Accounts can sign-in to Web4U with their W Number and PIN instead.

  1. Go to www.wwu.edu/web4u
  2. Click on “Log In to Web4U with W#”
  3. Enter User ID, which is the W number  (make sure W is capitalized), e.g. W12345678.
  4. Enter six-digit PIN
  5. Click on “Student”
  6. Click on “Student Records”
  7. Click on “Academic History.”  If you have a student accounts, loan repayment, or exit interview hold, you will not be able to view academic history and will need to view the “Final Grades” option.

If you don’t remember your PIN phone the ATUS Help Desk at 360-650-3333 to have your pin reset.
