KACE Service Desk and Patching Service is online

KACE is back online. The KACE service that is used by ATUS, the Viking Union, Woodring College of Education, and the College of Business and Economics is now available. Many faculty and staff use https://kace.wwu.edu to submit requests for assistance with technology. KACE also provides asset tracking and patch management. EIS staff are working to restore service.
