ITS NOTIFICATION: Administrative Systems Upgrade October 14th

To perform operating and database system updates, many administrative systems will be unavailable or will have limited functionality Friday morning, Oct 14th, between 12:00am until 6:00am.  Primary systems unavailable during this time include Banner INB, Workflow, Travel and Expense, Web4u, Student Health Services, FAMIS, Campuscall, Nolijweb and Data Transfer, Millennium FAST Finance and HR Data Warehouse, Millennium FAST Budget, BI-Query and Banner Student Data Warehouse, myWestern, Esign Forms, Housing and Dining Services. Please log off or shut down your workstation when you leave the office Thursday, October 13th.  Expected return to service is after 6:00am on April 8th. 

Services that will be available during the outage include the following: Email, Office 365, SharePoint, Canvas, Western Home Page, Library, VPN.  Please direct questions to the ATUS Help Desk x3333.
