Internet connectivity issue Update

2/2/2018 4:45 PM: Western's primary internet connection has been restored. The state K20 network engineers are still working to resolve an issue that may or may not impact us again. They expect this work to be complete by 10:00 PM.

2/2/2018 4:25 PM: A problem on the state K20 network has caused Western to fail over to our slower backup connection. Expect longer loading times and occasional errors when connecting to websites and remote services like email and Office 365.
