Intermittent Wireless Issues in Residence Halls

3/20/2018 4:00 PM: The wireless network issues in the residence halls have been resolved. If you still encounter any issues connecting to wireless in the residence halls, please contact ResTek at 360-650-2946.

2/5/2018 9:00 AM: ResTek staff are still working with EIS to troubleshoot intermittent wireless issues. Over the weekend they also received some reports of wired connections dropping connectivity. Please contact ResTek if you are unable to connect from within the residence halls.

1/26/2018 9:00 AM: ResTek staff continue to receive calls from some residents who are experiencing difficulty connecting to, or staying connected to, WiFi in the residence halls. ResTek staff continue to work with EIS to determine the root cause of the issues. This does not impact WiFi on the main campus non-residential network.
