Have you ever come back from a vacation and forgot your password?

Do you wish you could just change it yourself without having to remember your security answers or phoning or stopping by the Help Desk?​

Now you can! As of August 14th, you are now able to reset a forgotten or expired password using your mobile number or external email address. This functionality has been enabled on your WWU Microsoft Office 365 account and allows you to recover your universal password without contacting the ATUS Help Desk.

Emails announcing the availability of this feature were sent during Spring and Summer quarters 2019.
