Have you ever come back from a vacation and forgot your password?

Now you can! As of August 14th, you are now able to reset a forgotten or expired password using your mobile number or external email address. This functionality has been enabled on your WWU Microsoft Office 365 account and allows you to recover your universal password without contacting the ATUS Help Desk.

Emails announcing the availability of this feature were sent during Spring and Summer quarters 2019.
