By submitting this request, the course instructor agrees that, based on the Registrar's policy involving K Incomplete grades, the student receiving extended access negotiated a formal agreement with the course instructor specifying the work done, the remaining work required to complete the course and earn a grade, and the deadline by which that work will be completed.
