Canvas Email Notification Issue - Resolved

4/19/2018: Some Canvas email announcements sent between April 11 at 7:23 p.m. and April 12 at 3:58 a.m., were quarantined by software that detects spam and phishing messages. These messages will be released today, April 19. Check your Inbox within Canvas to make sure you do not have any unread messages. Keep in mind that Canvas notifications you receive on April 19 in your Office 365 mailbox may be a week old. Our staff is working with Instructure.com (the company behind Canvas) to make sure they notify us when they start using new mail servers so we can allow them to bypass our mail filters.
