10/5/2018 6:41 PM Campus wired and wireless networking services, as well as VPN connections, have been restored with just a few exceptions.
10/5/2018 4:05 PM: There may be intermittent loss of network/Internet connectivity beginning at 4:30 pm today.
10/4/2018 9:30 PM: Telephone services are now working normally, and we will continue to work on the VPN and WWUResTek-Secure issues.
10/4/2018 4:15 PM: The issues affecting VPN and WWUResTek-Secure are also affecting telephone call routing. PBX to Skype for Business, Skype to PBX, and PBX to off-campus calling is down. Skype to Skype works, and skype to the outside world works. All 911 calls work. Staff are working to restore normal service.
10/4/2018 1:08 PM: Internet connectivity should be restored for campus, but EIS is still troubleshooting the issue affecting VPN and ResTek-Secure wireless.

10/4/2018 1:00 PM: A network routing issue is causing intermittent connectivity outages, as well as problems connecting to VPN and wireless. EIS staff are working to resolve the issues, but the work they are doing may cause more interruptions until 1:30 PM.
