11/20/19: Many WWU mailboxes received multiple copies of a phishing scam with the subject "PAYMENT" early this morning. Please delete (or mark as Junk) any copies of this message you received. The message contains an Excel attachment that will prompt you to enter your WWU credentials. If you opened the attachment and entered your password, change your password immediately and contact the ATUS Help Desk at 360-650-3333. The remote site used to capture credentials has been blocked internally, but it may still be accessible from off campus.

11/6/2019, 5:40 PM, UPDATE: Canvas appears to be working again, but Instructure still lists the outage on their status page. This means there could still be some unresolved issues.

11/6/2019, 5:15 PM: The Canvas interface currently displays a "Page Error" and courses will not load when you click the Courses tab. https://status.instructure.com/ reports a major outage that they are troubleshooting.
