6/10/2020, 9:00 PM: The password reset issue has been resolved. If you were unable to change your password earlier today, you should be able to change it now.

6/10/2020, 12:00 PM: The Help Desk is receiving calls from people who are unable to reset their password and see one of the following errors: "Password reset is not properly set up with your organization" or "You can't unlock your account because your organization is currently experiencing connectivity problems." EIS is investigating the issue.

Outlook Web App issues

5/13/2020, 1:00 PM, RESOLUTION: Microsoft has completed rolling back the change that caused the web app login issue. All users should now be able to sign into the Outlook web app successfully.

5/13/2020, 11:35 AM, UPDATE: Microsoft has identified the cause and is rolling back a recent change to restore service for the Outlook Web app. No ETA on when this solution will be complete, but some users may be able to access the Web app before others.

If you encounter an error, you may still be able to access your mail and calendar from the Outlook desktop application for Windows and macOS, or from the mobile Outlook app for iOS and Android. 4/22,2020, Midnight to 2:00 AM: In order to complete installation of critical security updates, msfs-share and msfs-util will be restarted at Midnight. These servers host the P: Drive, S: Drive, and other network shares. They also host departmental Campusweb pages (sites not hosted in Drupal or WordPress). The restart is scheduled for 2 hours, but it will likely take less than one hour.

2/12/20, 2:15 PM: Centurylink needs to perform maintenance on the PBX voicemail and auto-attendant services from 4:30 to 5:00 PM this afternoon. This is a followup to the maintenance performed yesterday afternoon. The auto-attendant service is what provides the phone-tree options you encounter when you call a main office number. Regular telephone calls will not be affected, and Skype for Business Enterprise Voice is not impacted.
