Administrative System Maintenance (Banner, Web4U) This Saturday
To perform planned system maintenance, the following systems will be unavailable Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until approximately 5:00 p.m.:
- Registration and Waitlisting
- Web4U (All Banner Self-Service features in WWIS)
- Banner 9 AdminPages
- Banner Workflow (WWIS)
- Banner and administrative systems password changes
- Esign Administrative Web Forms
- eInvoice
- Transact Cashnet connector and lookup
- DataTransfer
- DegreeWorks
- Campus Directory
- Millennium-FAST
- Western Marketplace
All scheduled jobs that interact with the database server will be halted Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. These include the Data warehouse refreshes, job submission chains, and most interfaces to 3rd party systems. These jobs will resume their regular schedules when the system is returned to service.

Please close out of the systems listed above before the time stated.
